Betteshanger Band is pleased to welcome back to the ranks, the Thanet Legend, Vince Francis. Vince brings a wealth of experience to the cornet section but as well as being a phenomenal player, his social skills, and jovial behaviour is second to none.

Betteshanger Colliery Welfare Band, based in Deal, Kent, was formed in 1932 to give miners a means of relaxation after a long day's work. Recently crowned “National Brass Band Champions of Great Britain (Section 4) and secured a sponsorship deal with Eclipse Instruments.
